Capital Business Solutions has been working with Foundation of First Health based in Pinehurst, NC on their Raiser’s Edge software.
Working with Carie O’Quinn, Director of Development, CBS has been providing consulting and training to support them with the Prospect Module and working with Reports, Actions, Notes. In addition, CBS covered an overview of Gift Processing an Acknowledgements including how they are put into the system and how the different modules are connected. The related training and consulting was provided as a result of comprehensive System Assessment of their Raiser’s Edge software and business processes that CBS provided as an earlier engagement.
The Foundation of First Health is the fundraising arm of FirstHealth of the Carolinas. Their mission is for people from their community to join in to improve the health of everyone in the community. Every donation makes a difference for their patients, clinical staff, and in access to care for the community. Funds include Heart Services, Cancer Services, Clara McLean House, Nursing Enrichment, Physician Enrichment, and Hospice and Palliative Care

Alyson Watts – Fundraising Practice Manager
Alyson graduated from Davidson College with a degree in English. She has over 20 years of practical experience as both a fundraising professional and donor management services consultant in a variety of settings specializing in Raiser’s Edge. Nine of those years were spent in a Director of Development capacity. In 2006 Alyson transitioned into a consulting role and has since worked closely with a wide range of nonprofits, from national organizations to small two-to-three person shops in education, health and human services, the arts, animal welfare, conservation, foundations and more.
