Working with Bryan Poorman, Accountant at Child Guidance and Family Solutions, Capital Business Solutions deployed DrillPoint Reports and will be providing training for the software. Training topics will include reviewing the key components of a report, navigation, transaction detail, special codes, user defined fields, charts, graphs, balance sheets and how to start a first report.
Who is Child Guidance and Family Solutions?
Child Guidance & Family Solutions (CG&FS) was established in 1939 by The Junior League of Akron, as ‘Child Guidance Center’ and for the purpose of relieving the suffering of children who faced mental, emotional and behavioral health challenges. CG&FS is a medical sub-specialty practice and maintains a staff of approximately 200 professionals including child psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurse specialists, case managers, behavior specialists, and counselors. The agency operates from five locations throughout Summit County. CG&FS primarily serves children and youth who reside in Summit County.

He began implementing accounting systems for not-for-profit organizations while at KPMG in Raleigh, NC. Peter worked as the North Carolina reseller for a major not-for-profit software vendor for 7 years prior to joining Capital Business Solutions. Peter has focused on technology and accounting solutions for not-for-profit organizations for more than 15 years and now directs Capital Business Solutions consulting practice.
