Capital Business Solutions recently provided South Carolina State University a comprehensive System Assessment of their Raiser’s Edge fundraising software.

Working with A.L. Fleming, Associate Vice President of Institutional Advancement, CBS performed a comprehensive System Assessment of the Advancement Office Raiser’s Edge software including meetings with the organization staff, a review of current fundraising processes and systems, and a discussion of future needs. A recommendation for addressing the items contained in the findings report was provided and used as a reference for additional discussion and formulation of a detailed work plan. Areas that were covered during the process included data entry, constituents, gifts, mail and exports, database review including table configuration, modules, campaigns, funds and appeals, reports, along with identification of user training needs. As a result of the System Assessment future work will be performed including data cleanup, conversion and user training.
