Capital Business Solutions recently provided Raiser’s Edge training services and consulting to Trinity Episcopal School in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Working with Nancy Tribble, Annual Giving & Alumni Relations Manager for the school, CBS provided a customized and comprehensive training on the software to the Development staff covering a Topline Overview of the System, Constituent Records, Gifts, Reports, Queries, Importing, Exporting, and the Prospect Module. The training was conducted onsite over two daily Sessions using the schools’ Raiser’s Edge database.
