Capital Business Solutions spent time in the Triad of North Carolina over the past two months providing various Raiser’s Edge software services and consulting to The Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro.

Working with Gordon Soenksen, Chief Development Officer of the Foundation, CBS provided a system assessment of their Raiser’s Edge software system. As a result of that work CBS reconfigured their system; did some necessary cleanup of the Raiser’ Edge including but limited to constituent codes, tables, campaigns, funds; merged duplicates, setup letters and provided data conversion of external data sets. Coming up next month, CBS is spending time training the Foundation staff during a comprehensive and customized 3 session engagement.
