Capital Business Solutions recently provided Raiser’s Edge training services and consulting to Johnston Community College in Smithfield, North Carolina.

Working with Twyla Wells, Executive Director of the Foundation, CBS provided a customized and comprehensive training on the software to the Development staff covering a Topline Overview of the System, Constituent Records, Gifts, Reports, Queries, Importing, Exporting, Mail, Administration and NetCommunity. The training was conducted onsite over three daily Sessions using the schools’ Raiser’s Edge database all the while incorporating the Foundations’ unique business processes.
