Capital Business Solutions spent time with the Holy Angels Foundation in Belmont, North Carolina over the past several months providing various Raiser’s Edge software services and consulting.

Working with Anne Bogen, Vice President of Holy Angels Foundation, CBS provided a comprehensive system assessment of their Raiser’s Edge software system. As a result of that work CBS helped out with some necessary cleanup and reconfiguration of the Raiser’ Edge software including but not limited to constituent codes, tables, campaigns, funds; merged duplicates, setup letters, closed old actions, edited security groups and provided data conversion. In addition, CBS spent several Sessions training the Foundation staff using a highly customized approach covering gift entry, managing codes and attributes, queries, appeals, exports, mailing lists, using the Volunteer, Events and Prospects Tabs and table cleanup.
