Working with longtime CBS client on the Financial Edge side Carolyn Rhode, Executive Director of the Foundation, CBS provided a customized and comprehensive training on the software to the Foundation staff and new employee covering a Topline Overview of the System, Constituent Records, Gifts, Reports, Queries, Importing and Exporting, Mail Functionality and the Integration and Linking between Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge.
