Capital Business Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in our Commercial Division. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new accounts, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for Outside Sales. This role will also work with the Sales and Delivery Teams to develop the sales pipeline through prospecting and qualifying leads via email and phone. We are looking for individuals who have career goals in professional sales or have a desire to become a highly successful sales person. An ideal candidate for the position would be that candidate who has 2 years sales experience with a desire to be successful by exceeding outlined sales activities. Capital Business Solutions is willing to train the right individual to become a highly successful sales professional.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reach and exceed all prospect generation quotas
  • Manage phone prospecting efforts and exceed minimum outbound call quota
  • Qualify sales opportunities
  • Maximize “up-sell” opportunities
  • Properly register opportunities with Vendor Partner and update progress
  • Identify new opportunities and work with marketing to build awareness of CBS solutions
  • Travel is very limited. Attend selected seminars and vendor events to increase awareness of CBS

   Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Self-motivated and Goal oriented
  • High energy and enthusiastic
  • Previous experience in making outgoing calls and conducting email marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college in Business or Marketing desired
